Doerre Orchestra

Doerre Intermediate School is proud to be home to an award-winning orchestra program, including the 2018–2019 TMEA Middle School Honor Full Orchestra. The Doerre Orchestra is made up of many multi-talented students, most of whom began their musical journey in the Fifth Grade Strings program, along with others who joined our orchestra family as Doerre Warriors in sixth grade.

Under the outstanding past leadership of Mrs. Cathy Fishburn, Mrs. Anu Daniel, Mrs. Aimee Fowler, Mrs. Dawn Herron, Mrs. Rowina Torres-McKee, and Ms. Anna Miller, and under the current direction of Mr. Jose Rivera and Mr. Sebastian Grajeda, the Doerre Orchestra has continued to grow and flourish within the landscape of music education in Texas.
